Vulkollan
Polyurethane has a wide range of uses in industry and has higher resistance to wear, tear, impact, deformation and various chemicals compared to rubber and other elastomer materials. Its wear resistance is many times superior to rubber. Their tear and rupture strength is very good. Being able to work in a very wide working range increases the efficiency and usage areas of the material. Since its electrical properties are good, it can also be used as an insulation material. Polyurethane mold springs are durable elastic materials used in cutting and plastering molds and can be produced in various hardnesses depending on the load used. Our company stocks solid and perforated products with diameters between 20 and 100 mm in 80 shore A (yellow color) and 90 shore A (red color) hardness. Vulkollan® is the oldest, most widely known and most advanced polyurethane elastomer in terms of performance.
Features:
• Excellent resistance to mechanical wear
• High impact resilience even under difficult conditions
• Good resistance to tear progression
• Low permanent deformation
• Good against mineral oils, grease, gasoline and various solvents
resistance
• Resistance to ozone, UV and high energy radiation
Usage areas:
• Wheel and roller coating
• Vibration and shock absorbing elements
• Wear and noise protection primers
• Drive and clutch elements
• Sealing elements
