Low temperature welding wires, which have a wide range of usage along with copper pipes in heating, cooling and air conditioning systems, are classified according to the silver and phosphorus content they contain. In addition to the diversity of the alloy, wire diameters and forms (coil, rod wire) are also on a very wide scale, as they are generally used in precision works.

Copper welding wires are phosphor alloyed and L-CuP6 and L-CuP7 are in round form, while L-CuP8 is in square form. L-Cup6 (6% phosphorus) can be used in brazing copper and copper alloys in cooling and ventilation installations and in places requiring lower fluidity. L-CuP7 (7% phosphorus) is used in brazing copper-copper alloys. L-CuP8 (8% phosphorus) is a product that can be used without flux in the joining of copper and copper alloys with its good fluidity properties.

During the use of low temperature welding wires, flux is a chemical powder that reduces the fluidity of the welding wire on the surface to be welded (by reducing the surface tension) and partially oxidizes it on the surface.
